* Possible consultant reporting required to accompany your submission.

* During the design stage we can show you the project in 3D on computer as though it was already built.

* On completion of your plans we liase with the consultants and complete all plans and reports ready for council or provide submission.

* During the approval process we can liase with the approval authority and keep you informed.
